Cancellation Policy -A 50% cancellation fee will be charged if a guest cancels less than 7 days prior to resrvation date or arrives after the confirmed arrival date or departs before the final day of the reservation. When given at least 7 days notice of cancellation we will refund the deposit less a $35 per room processing fee. If not given proper advance notice as stated above, we will refund your deposit, less processing fee, only if we are able to re-rent your room(s) as booked
